Wednesday- October 31 ·       Happy Halloween! To celebrate, primary students will be doing a costume parade through the school at 9am. Wear black and orange OR wear your costume! (No masks or weapons please)
Thursday- November 1

Friday- November 2

·       Div. 1 and 10 to Goldstream Park

·       Health Hustle at 1:30pm in the Gym

Reminders:

  • All parents must check in at the office and pick up a visitor pass upon entering the school. We have been noticing that parents/guardians are walking into classrooms without checking in at the office.  This is a safety concern as not all staff know all parents/guardians.  I have informed the staff to direct people without passes to sign in at the office.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
  • Looking for Books – If you have any children’s books that you are no longer using, we have a ‘Bring a book, Take a book’ shelf in the front foyer of the school for students to access. We collect board books (for Strong Start families), chapter books and picture books and would appreciate any and all donations!
  • LOST and FOUND is building up again – please come and check it out and take your child’s belongings home. It would be helpful if you could write your child’s name on their jackets etc., this way we can identify items and return them to their classrooms.
