Tuesday- November 6

·       Popcorn Day – $2 for popcorn or $2 for Smencils – PAC organized event, please email the PAC if you have questions ruthkingpac@gmail.com

·       Skipping in the Gym at Lunch with Ms. Hesse
Wednesday- November 7

·       Photo Retake Day: please let your child’s teacher know if you would like a retake

·       Girls Handball Game at Ruth King at 3pm

·       Boys Handball practise at lunch

·       Arts Reach (drama workshops) in the gym (am): Div. 4 and Div. 7
Thursday- November 8

·       Boot Camp

·       Boys Handball Game at Hans Helgesen at 3pm
Friday- November 9

·       Boot Camp

·       Remembrance Day Assembly @ 10:45am

·       Health Hustle at 1:30pm in the Gym

Reminders:

  • All parents must check in at the office and pick up a visitor pass upon entering the school. We have been noticing that parents/guardians are walking into classrooms without checking in at the office.  This is a safety concern as not all staff know all parents/guardians.  I have informed the staff to direct people without passes to sign in at the office.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
  • Report card will be coming out during the period of November 27th and December 7th. Please check with your child’s teacher if you would like to know the exact date that the report card will be coming out.

Please be watching for a notice regarding parent/teacher interviews as it is important that you return the form to the school by the deadline so that teachers can meet and make a workable schedule
