Notices and Reminders:

Special Thank-you to Superstore Staff for their generous donation of a picnic table.  Check it out in the foyer of the school.  Their staff have also been donating food for our breakfast program all year long.     Hych’ka, so appreciative of their generosity.

Notice

Gordon United Church has undertaken a new community outreach program.  Each Sunday we pick up Cob’s Bakery day-old bread and baked goods.  Strict handling guidelines are followed in the process.  The baked goods are packaged and put on a table in front of the church at 935 Goldstream Ave. on Sunday mornings.  The items will be available by 10:15am, through to 11:30 or so.

Looking for gently used books – If you are able to, please send in children’s books in good condition for our book rack in the foyer. Students check this regularly to ‘bring a book/take a book’ and having fresh titles helps keep it going!

Lost and Found Items

Please come and check out the Lost and Found for items your child may have lost. Anything left in there after Friday, June 28th will be taken to the Thrift Store.  Thank you for your help with this.

FUN DAY – Wednesday Bring your Bathing suit and towel for the sprinklers in the afternoon. LIBRARY BOOKS need to be RETURNED – please look in your house for Ruth King library books.  Return them as soon as possible.  Thank you

Ruth King Staff who will be leaving us this year.  We wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
