Reminders:

Attendance at school is important to us.  Please try to have your children at school on time and ready for school.  If your child is late, please remember to sign them in at the office before heading to class.  If your child is going to be away, please call the safe arrivals phone line: 250-478-1447 TOYS AT SCHOOL         Please remind students not to bring their own toys to school.  We have plenty of things for the students to do at school, and unfortunately their own toys tend to cause issues in the classroom and on the playground.  Thank you for monitoring what your child puts in their backpacks. We have been experiencing some ongoing issues with speeders on both Goldstream Ave. and Jacklin Road.  The RCMP has set up speed traps to assist with this on our request, but please remind your children to always cross with the crossing guard at the cross-walk.  Parents dropping off students should do so at the back of the school (Matson Rd.) for safety reasons.

Grade 5 Fundraiser             COFFEE & DRIED FRUIT   Our grade 5 classes are selling coffee and dried fruit to raise money for their Year End Trip to Camp Thunderbird.  Watch for details and a flyer this week.
